Shahed Rahman, MD
Dr. Rahman, MD, is a board-certified physician. He became interested in helping patients with weight loss because patients were presenting with obesity-related back pain.
Dr. Rahman believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness and developed a comprehensive plan, which includes evaluating the co-existing factors associated with weight gain.
Our goal is to help patients lose weight, eat healthy, increase physical activity, decrease stress, and keep the body in balance to decrease risks for disease.
Patients are evaluated in all aspects of health and wellness, which includes regular office visits, preventative services, and screening for health risks and diseases.
Karen O'Hara, MSN, FNP
Karen O'Hara, MSN, FNP, received her BSN degree from Loma Linda University, her Master's Degree in Women's Health from UCLA, and her Nurse Practitioner degree in Family Practice from UCI. She has been an RN for over twenty five years, and an NP for over seventeen years.
She has extensive experience with weight loss, Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) for both men and women, as well as all facets of Family and Women's Healthcare practice. She strives to help patient's look and feel their very best both physically and mentally by helping them adapt and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Jennifer Seguancia, MSN, FNP-C
Jennifer Seguancia, MSN, FNP-C, has 20 years of experience as a nurse in critical care, emergency services, labor and delivery, education, and patient care. During the consultation process, Jennifer evaluates everything from family history, health behaviors, stress levels, and hormone balance.
